I was in a rear-end accident that seemed relatively minor but I experienced some back pain the following day. I followed up inmediately with chiropractic care and was referred to Mr. Coker by my chiropractor. Best decision I made regarding the accident. The insurance company tried to lowball the settlement but Mr. Coker got me a fair settlement that covered all of my medical and attorney expenses and allowed me to have some money left over to pocket for the inconvenience of having to get chiropractic care and the minor suffering I experienced. The settlement only took a few months after completing treatment which flew by. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if I'm unfortunate enough to be in another accident.

When I was in an accident with my daughter, I knew that I did not want to go with one of the lawyers that have the snappy jingles on the radio or the numerous commercials on T.V. (No disrespect to those lawyers.) I wanted a lawyer with a reputation for something else. I started a Google search and saw R. Michael Coker. I saw phrases like Rising Star, Top 40 under 40, Best in Gwinnet, etc. associated with him. His law firm did not let me down. I received amazing, professional service from the consultation to the end of the case. He took the time to explain everything to me and my daughter in a language that we understood. My daughter was always asked if she had questions. That was so important to her and made her feel as if she was a part of the process. In August of 2018 I was T Boned by a young man who was driving his girlfriends car. They were both under 18. After I saw several different doctors with no relief I decided I needed a lawyer. Mr Coker was recommended to me by the chiropractor I saw. He said he was a great lawyer and very honest.

I was quite satisfied with how they handled it so it it is no surprise that I used them again last September when I was rear ended in a traffic accident. Michael Coker met me in the lobby I was pleased that he had asked about me about my previous accident and her parents' accident (sure he did some looking back on my past but it's the little things that impress me). We had a very detailed discussion about the case and what to expect, what not to expect. He was accurate on the past accident so I was quite at ease this time around. At the conclusion of the previous accident I of course, expected some hassle from them about the case or payment but true to his word everything worked out very well which is why I used them again.
This time around that wasn't the case. I had issues with doctors that would've driven me insane but Coker's people helped me through it (it's similar to when you call your friend up for help and and they say, "yeah" and you can relax because it's handled). The insurance from the other driver was helpful but isn't great ( thanks GA laws!). Anyways let's wrap this up. I expected nothing at the settlement but I was stunned! They negotiated with everyone and got me more than I thought possible (thank you Magen!) . I thought that they must've been paying out of their own pocket! Yeah, the settlement was very satisfactory to say the least but it's not the destination but the journey that matters. The journey was stress free with someone else driving (sorry, but a bad pun is required here...).
Okay, a side note here. There are two employees there that surpassed my expectations. The first one was Bridget, my main contact. I knew if I had a question by text, email, phone that I could get a quick and informative answer. If I didn't understand something I certainly did afterwards (that is meant to be a good thing BTW). So very helpful...always. The next one was Magen! Take every positive adjective, double it, triple it and you have Magen. She is their negotiator. I couldn't thank her enough! I seriously couldn't.(If she decides to write a book on negotiations I'll be first in line to get several copies - makes a great present for any occasion!). I would love to have her on speed dial. I'd have her negotiate EVERYTHING for me from the price of a Starbuck's coffee to the purchase of a small country. If she negotiated it I'm certain her salary is much more than her employers make. Alright, I'm done. Thanks to everyone there, staff and all you earned my loyalty.

This was the first time I have had to use a lawyer for an accident I was involved in. When some of the bigger names would not accept my case Mr. Coker quickly accepted after reviewing my case. The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me through every step of the process. They also helped me get the most out of my settlement and have continued to help me afterwards. I contacted this law firm after someone ran into me and injured my back. From the onset, the members of the firm were kind, attentive, detailed, and kept me up-to-date. I was dealing with a car accident injusy case with another attorney previously to retaining Mr. Coker for almost 3 years and the case was going absolutely nowhere. My original attorney and I parted ways and I thought all was lost due to her mishandlings of my case. I was referred to Mr. Coker by the Georgia Bar Association, and as I sit here writing this today, which ust so happens to be the exact same day Mr. Coker closed my case, I couldn't be more thrilled, thankful, and blessed! Due to his hard work, knowledge, and incredibly expansive expertise in dealing with insurance companies it took him literally less than a year to have none other than State Farm, of all insurance companies to fight with, pay out the maximum allowed on their insured's policy. I couldn't be more grateful for him and his hard work, and I couldn't be more blessed to have been referred to him and have the pleasure of working with him!! If you get in an auto accident and want an honest and hard working attorney who knows the ins and outs AND all the tricks the insurance companies will pull. The only experience/interactions I have with working with a lawyer is purchasing a home with my husband through a realtor.
