R. Michael Coker, Attorney

Michael Coker has quickly established himself as one of Gwinnett County’s premier personal injury attorneys. A life-long Gwinnett resident, Michael has dedicated his career to helping victims of accidents, slip and falls, apartment shootings, and negligence. Since 2014, he has been named one of the “Top 40 Lawyers Under 40” by the National Trial Lawyers and he was recently named as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, a national publication which honors less than 2.5% of all lawyers in the State of Georgia as being top of their field.

Despite his busy schedule, Michael insists on still meeting each and every client individually because client satisfaction is what is most important. Michael’s results speak for themselves, but his clients attest to his level of compassion and service. That is why his client have voted him “Best of Gwinnett” every year since 2015. Michael’s willingness to work tirelessly for his clients to receive the best possible outcome is what separates him from others.

Natasha Craft, Litigation Paralegal

Natasha Craft has been with Michael longer than any other member of the team. Originally from West Virginia and with a biology education background, Natasha brings a unique prospective to her personal injury litigation work. No one in the firm works harder at coordinating discovery filings, scheduling depositions, and facilitating settlements than Natasha. She is not afraid to go the extra mile or put in the extra time to ensure a successful result for our clients in their lawsuit or legal claim.

It is not uncommon to see Natasha facilitating witnesses at the courthouse, speaking with treating medical doctors, and preparing exhibits for trial all in the same day. Even more important, Natasha serves as a point person for clients as they navigate the sometimes confusing and complicated litigation process. Our clients often come to us in some of the worst times of their lives, and many clients credit Natasha as being the one who made them feel most comfortable by guiding them through the litigation process.

Nick Crabb, Case Manager

Nicholas Crabb worked for some of Georgia’s largest insurance companies for over fifteen years. As a claims manager, Nick was responsible for managing teams of a dozen or more insurance adjusters who relied on him to provide guidance with the value of insurance claims. Now, he works against many of those same insurance companies to maximize the amount of the settlement for injured victims.

Nick’s unique history in the insurance world gives him a prospective that many law firms cannot provide. Nick knows the types of arguments that maximize a settlement. Nick is not afraid to do anything he can to increase the value of a file, even if it means involving the claims manager to put more money on the case.

Kimberly Santos, Client Legal Assistant

When you call the office, the friendly voice you hear is generally that of Kimberly Santos. With her family being from Puerto Rico, Kimberly is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. More importantly, Kimberly is the firm’s client liaison – calling to check-in with the clients about their medical treatment at least once every two or three weeks. Kimberly’s compassion and helpfulness are a perfect complement to her willingness to make the process as easy as possible for every client.

Kimberly knows and understand that sometimes after a serious accident, a person just needs someone to explain things in a simple way that an average person can understand. Her ability to do this make her an excellent and critical part of the law firm team.

Magen Davis, Pre-Suit Legal Assistant

There is a reason that Magen is responsible for collecting and gathering thousands of pages of medical records and medical bills: her organization and focus is unmatched. As the pre-suit medical coordinator, Magen is responsible for collecting medical records from doctor’s offices, facilitating health insurance, and confirming our clients’ remaining balances. Magen comes to our firm with a medical administration background, and she knows what needs to be said to get copies of medical records quickly and efficiently to reach a settlement in the shortest amount of time.

Magen’s dedication to her own work us to get to negotiations faster by staying on medical providers to follow through on their deadlines. Her understanding and knowledge of medical system processes allows us to maximize the recovery for our clients. While other firms might need many months to obtain copies of medical bills and records, Magen keeps our firm operating at maximum efficiency.

Bruce Coker, Marketing Director

With thirty-plus years of sales background, Bruce gave up his self-employment to become the Marketing Director for his son. Bruce acts as the firm’s physician and chiropractor representative, known for his dedication to showing medical providers that their patients are in great hands with the Coker firm. Given Michael’s busy schedule, Bruce also becomes a point of contact for physicians, chiropractors, and other community leaders to answer questions about the firm and various cases.

As Bruce’s role continues to grow within the firm, he serves as a great reminder of the Law Offices of R. Michael Coker commitment to the community. The firm is willing to always go the extra mile to ensure that the residents of Gwinnett and the surrounding counties are provided with top quality legal services.

Meredith Coker, Office Manager

Meredith handles the firm’s day-to-day administrative tasks. Meredith might be behind the scenes, but she is responsible for some of the firm’s most important tasks. She is the firm’s resource for ensuring that administrative items get handled quickly and efficiently to push the client’s claim to settlement as quickly as possible.

Meredith is the point of contact for any and all of the firm’s administrative duties. She is dedicated to ensuring that the Law Offices of R. Michael Coker maintains its position as one of the most well-respected law firms in all of Gwinnett County.
